Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the complex logistics and the heavy nature of industrial equipment, JINYAO USA operates under a strict return and exchange policy. Please review these terms carefully before finalizing your Proforma Invoice (PI) and wire transfer.

1. All Sales Are Final Once your equipment has been dispatched from our manufacturing facility in China, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse," change of mind, or ordering the wrong model.

2. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund of the machine cost before the equipment leaves our facility. Once the equipment has been loaded and dispatched for international shipping, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Warranty & Defective Parts (No Return Required) We stand by the quality of our machinery. If your equipment arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, we do not require you to return the entire heavy machine. Instead, we will promptly send you the necessary replacement parts and provide professional remote technical support to resolve the issue completely free of charge.

4. Non-Refundable Fees Please note that all logistics-related costs—including international ocean freight, US domestic delivery (LTL) fees, customs duties, and import taxes—are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
