Refund Policy

Due to the heavy, industrial nature of our machinery and the complexities of international freight, JINYAO USA adheres to a strict refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your Proforma Invoice (PI) and wire transfer.

1. Order Cancellations & Full Refunds You may request an order cancellation for a 100% full refund of the machine cost only if the equipment has not yet left our manufacturing facility in China. Once the machinery has been loaded and dispatched to the freight forwarder or shipping port, the order is finalized and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

2. All Shipped Sales Are Final Once the equipment is in transit, all sales are considered final. We strictly do not issue refunds, accept returns, or process chargebacks for "buyer's remorse," "change of mind," or "ordering the incorrect model." Please ensure all specifications meet your requirements before confirming your order.

3. Non-Refundable Costs Because we operate on an EXW (Ex-Works) factory price basis, all third-party logistical expenses are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • International ocean freight fees

  • US domestic local delivery (LTL) trucking fees

  • Customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes

  • Port handling charges

4. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty Fulfillment) We do not offer whole-machine returns or full refunds for equipment that arrives damaged or develops a mechanical fault. Instead, these issues are fully covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty. If a core component is proven defective, we will ship the replacement parts directly to you and provide remote engineering support free of charge, rather than issuing a financial refund.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable) If an order cancellation is successfully approved prior to dispatch, the refund will be processed and returned to your original bank account via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Please be aware that international bank processing times may take several business days to reflect in your account. Bank wire fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the total refund amount.
