Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Jinyao (Shandong) Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd. Shipping heavy machinery requires specialized logistics. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our pricing and delivery process.
1. Pricing Structure & Shipping Costs (EXW) All product prices listed on our website are Ex-Works (EXW) factory prices in USD.
-
The listed price DOES NOT include ocean freight, domestic LTL trucking, customs duties, or taxes.
-
At checkout, your shipping cost may display as "$0.00" or "TBD". This is a placeholder. Final shipping costs will be calculated based on your specific location and preferred shipping terms.
2. Order Process & Freight Quotation Because we ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China to the US, freight costs vary significantly.
-
Place Your Order: Complete the checkout process on our website to secure your machine.
-
Freight Negotiation: Within 24-48 hours, our team will contact you to discuss your preferred shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP).
-
Proforma Invoice (PI): We will send you a formal PI including the exact machine cost, calculated freight, and applicable duties/taxes.
-
Dispatch: Your order will be processed and dispatched only after the total PI amount is confirmed and settled via T/T wire transfer or other agreed payment methods.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, the estimated total delivery time from China to your US address is 30 to 45 business days (approx. 40-60 calendar days).
4. Residential Delivery & Unloading Requirements (CRITICAL) Standard US domestic delivery is "Curbside Delivery."
-
Liftgate Limitations: Standard truck liftgates have a weight limit of approx. 1,500 lbs. Most of our equipment exceeds this limit and cannot be unloaded via liftgate.
-
Buyer's Responsibility: You MUST have a forklift, a tractor with forks, or a loading dock on-site. If you do not have unloading equipment, we can deliver to the nearest local freight terminal for you to pick up with a flatbed trailer.
5. Inspection & Damage Claims You must inspect the equipment before signing the carrier's Delivery Receipt. If you notice any damage, write "DAMAGED" on the receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
