1. Remote Technical Support Since our equipment is shipped directly from our manufacturing facility, we offer comprehensive remote technical assistance. If you encounter any operational issues or mechanical faults, our engineers will work with you via email or video call to diagnose the problem accurately and provide step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

2. Warranty & Parts Replacement We stand behind the quality of our machinery. JINYAO USA provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on core components (such as the engine, hydraulic pump, and main valve).

  • What is covered: If a core component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts to your address via expedited international shipping (e.g., DHL/FedEx) completely free of charge.

  • What is NOT covered: Routine maintenance parts (filters, fluids, wear-and-tear items like rubber tracks or bucket teeth) and local labor costs for installing the replacement parts are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Operation & Maintenance Proper maintenance is key to the longevity of your equipment. Digital user manuals, maintenance schedules, and basic instructional videos are available for our equipment. We highly recommend that all machinery be operated and serviced by individuals with appropriate mechanical experience.

4. How to Submit a Service Request To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your Order ID and the Machine Model.

  • Clear photos and a short video demonstrating the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem and how it occurred.
