By visiting our site and purchasing equipment from Jinyao (Shandong) Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Pricing & Additional Costs All prices displayed on this website represent the Ex-Works (EXW) factory price of the machinery in USD. The displayed price at checkout is exclusive of shipping, handling, ocean freight, customs duties, and local taxes. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that a final freight quote will be provided separately, and the final binding contract is formed upon the issuance and acceptance of the Proforma Invoice (PI).

2. Product Descriptions & Updates We strive for accuracy, but as we continuously upgrade our machinery, minor cosmetic or technical updates may occur. We reserve the right to modify products without prior notice.

3. Safe Operation & Liability Heavy machinery is inherently dangerous. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and storage of the equipment. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of the equipment. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the EXW price paid for the equipment.
